You’re helping out with baby, supporting your partner, doing stuff around the house and heading out to work. While there’s no doubt that time is a premium and both you and your partner are tired, you still need to find some time for self care.
A lot of self care is more about what you do, how you think and how you communicate. But we all have things we love, hobbies that we once enjoyed.
